Individuals who are employees of OAUG member organizations and have attended the last two consecutive OAUG conferences are eligible for an additional Alumni Discount of USD $200 off the appropriate registration fee. Please note this applies only to the individual person who has attended and paid the full conference rate for the last two consecutive OAUG conferences, not all employees of that individual’s organization. Other employees of the OAUG member organization must register at the applicable standard member registration rate. With your first paid non-member full-conference registration (Early-Bird Non-Member Registration, Advance Non-Member Registration or On-Site Non-Member Registration), your organization will receive an Introductory Corporate Membership in the OAUG. The OAUG Introductory Corporate Membership includes full membership status, will be activated after COLLABORATE 09 and valid through December 31, 2009.

This pass allows attendees to enter the COLLABORATE exhibit hall on Tuesday or Wednesday during the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Includes access to the tradeshow floor for one day only, including lunch, afternoon break and any sessions taking place within the Exhibit Hall. This pass cannot be purchased for both days or combined with any other pass, and it may not be used by exhibiting companies for show staff or for Oracle Employees.
Employees of government organizations may attend the conference for the discounted registration rate of USD $975 (OAUG members) and $1,100 (non-members). To register and take advantage of government employee registration, please contact the OAUG Conference Registration Department at registration@oaug.com.
You will be required to fax a valid copy of a government employee photo ID to +1 404.240.0998. Onsite registrants must present a valid government employee photo ID at check-in. Please note: If you are unable to fax a copy to +1 404.240.0998 or present a valid government employee photo ID at check-in, you will be required to pay for a full on-site registration.
The government rates are the lowest available rates and are therefore not eligible for any other discounts or special offers.

If you have registered but are unable to attend the OAUG conference, a 100-percent refund, less a USD $250 processing fee, will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the OAUG on or before April 2, 2009. A 50-percent refund will be granted to a fully paid registrant if the cancellation is requested in writing and received by the OAUG after April 2, 2009, and on or before April 16, 2009.
Please note, after April 16, 2009, there are no cancellation refunds. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference. One-day and Exhibit Staff registrations are not refundable. Please send your cancellation request by e-mail to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998. All requests must be submitted in writing.
Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to registration@oaug.com or by fax to +1 404.240.0998 by Thursday, April 30, 2009. After Thursday, April 30, 2009, all substitutions must be completed on site. Payment for the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
In the event that COLLABORATE 09 is canceled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee only.
