When may exhibitors enter the exhibit hall prior to opening each day?
Exhibitors may enter the exhibit hall up to one hour prior to opening.
Where will the exhibits be located?
The exhibits will be located in West Hall C of the Orange County Convention Center. West Hall C is located in the West Building of the convention center.
What is the ceiling height in West Hall C?
The ceiling height is 40 feet.
How many entrances are there to West Hall C?
There are three entrances for attendees to enter West Hall C.
Who is the official decorator for COLLABORATE 09?
Freeman Decorating Company is the official decorator for COLLABORATE 09. More details and contact information.
When can I expect to receive the Exhibitor Service Manual from the decorator?
Freeman will start mailing the Exhibitor Service Manual in January and February, 2009. The Exhibitor Service Manual will also be available in PDF Format.
How do I go about renting furniture, carpet, audio visual equipment, flowers, computers, etc. for my exhibit booth?
When you receive the Exhibitor Service Manual from the decorator (Freeman), it will list all the information and forms to order anything that you may need for your exhibit booth. Please refer to the Freeman Quick Pricing Sheet (PDF file) for prices of frequently ordered items.
How many complimentary registrations do I get with each 10'×10' exhibit space?
With each 10'×10' space, exhibiting companies receive three (3) complimentary exhibit hall only passes and one (1) full conference pass.
