COLLABORATE 09 Booth Sales: Booth Space is Still Available … Reserve Your Booth Today
With the current state of the economy, we understand that budgets can be tight, and you’re probably trying to figure out how to attend COLLABORATE 09 and still save on the bottom line. COLLABORATE 09 Exhibitor InformationBooth SelectionAs of November 7, we have concluded our first round of booth selection. Thank you to all the exhibitors that participated by sending your contracts in by the October 15 deadline. If you weren’t able to participate in this round of booth selection, don’t worry, there’s still time. COLLABORATE 09 booth selection will re-open on November 17. This, and all subsequent booth selection rounds, will be on a first-come, first-served basis determined by when we receive your contract. You may view our real-time floor plan to see what space remains. We already have exhibitors waiting to make their selection on November 17, so send your contract in today. Exhibitor RegistrationAs you know, with every 10'×10' booth you will receive three exhibit staff passes and one full-conference pass for COLLABORATE 09. Starting December 1, we will begin registering exhibitors for the conference. You will receive a personal e-mail from us with instructions to register yourself and your staff. In the meantime please let us know if you have any questions. Exhibitor HousingYou must be registered for the conference in order to book your hotel room. You can find the hotel options listed on the OAUG COLLABORATE 09 Web site. If you need to reserve more than five hotel rooms, please contact us for more information. Remember, exhibitor housing and registration doesn’t open until December 1, 2008. Dear 2009 OAUG Star Partner, Advertising Schedules for 2009We will begin scheduling VPA sessions, OAUG eNews advertisements and OAUG Insight advertisements the first week in December. Please stay tuned to your e-mail for more information. All ad assignments will be first assigned based on Star Partner level and then by first-come, first served. Star Partner HousingWe will be using a housing agency to assist all Star Partners with their hotel rooms. Hotels have been assigned based on Star Partner level, and you can find your assigned hotel listed below. We will not begin collecting names until December 2008. You will be contacted prior to December with additional information.
