OAUG Associate Member Benefits

The excitement is building for COLLABORATE 09: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community, and you should have received the 2009 OAUG Associate Member Benefits Brochure (PDF file) in the mail. The OAUG Associate Member Brochure has everything you’ll need to market your presence year-round as well as at COLLABORATE 09. Inside you’ll find your contract for exhibit space, several sponsorship opportunities, OAUG Star Partner information and COLLABORATE 08 attendee demographics.

Booth sales are off to a great start and we will begin assigning booth selection times in mid-October. Please keep in mind that you must be signed up as an exhibitor prior to October 1 to be included in the first round of booth selection. Thank you to everyone who has already submitted their contracts for 2009.

As in years past, we will use an online booth selection tool so you’re easily able to choose the perfect spot virtually. Booth selection is based on the OAUG Rewards° program; be sure to sign up before the October 1 cut off (read on for more details).

What’s New This Year?

This year, the OAUG stays ahead of the curve with several technology enhancements that will maximize the COLLABORATE experience and help increase your booth traffic:

  • Touch Screen Virtual Floor Plan Kiosks: These kiosks will be strategically placed throughout the exhibit hall to help attendees navigate virtually on the show floor. Add a booth call-out or an advertisement on the kiosks to show attendees exactly how to find your booth!
  • PC Charging Stations: Located in various areas of the convention center and the show floor, these stations customized with your brand will allow attendees to recharge their cell phones and laptops.

On top of new sponsorships, the OAUG will bring back some of our most popular sponsorship items such as the Mini-Theater, the Relaxation Lounge and THEgame.

These sponsorships were a huge success last year; we expect to sell out available spots for 2009.

COLLABORATE 09 — OAUG Forum Call for Presentations

Plan now to share your ideas, innovations and solutions during the COLLABORATE 09 conference. The call for presentations for the OAUG Forum opens on September 15, 2008. If you plan to present an educational offering, please use the online submission process. The deadline for submission is October 31, 2008, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
