Special Interest Group (SIG) Meetings and Geo Networking

OAUG Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

The OAUG SIGs have been extremely involved in the procurement and selection of content for COLLABORATE 09, as they are the experts in the various Oracle Applications areas. SIG leaders have worked together with other SIGs in their respective tracks, as well as the OAUG Education Committee, to develop this year’s conference agenda.

Take advantage of expanded networking opportunities with SIG meetings and the Geo Community Café breaks in the Exhibitor Showcase.

We would like to thank our SIGs for helping the OAUG to deliver yet another great COLLABORATE conference.

SIG General Meetings

OAUG SIGs serve as forums to collect and discuss user requirements and interests on specific issues and areas within the family of Oracle Applications products. Whether a SIG works with a particular application or a particular industry, SIGs provide the information specialty you need to maximize your Oracle Applications investment! Over 40 OAUG SIGs will host general SIG meetings during COLLABORATE 09 on Sunday, May 3, 2009. These meetings will provide you with general information about the SIG, an update on SIG activities and an opportunity to network with users in your area of special interest.

Geographic User Groups (Geos)

Geo members reside within a defined geographic region and meet to facilitate networking among local and regional applications users. Members discuss and share ideas concerning many diverse topics, allowing you to network with other Oracle Applications users in your local area.
